Terms of Service

A figure is named on the call and it holds through the receipt. The $89 service call is inside it, not added to it. It changes only when you change the job while the technician is there, and that change is priced and agreed before work goes on.

Ranges printed here are typical, not binding — the call decides. Evening arrivals add +$35, overnight arrivals +$70, and both are inside the number you heard.

The technician confirms the customer is entitled to be inside: ID with the address, a lease, a registration, or the owner confirming on the phone. Where that cannot be done, the job stops and nothing is opened.

Non-destructive entry is tried first so the hardware survives. Drilling needs your explicit word, given after the replacement part and its price are on the table.

90 days on our labour, counted from the visit; hardware runs on the manufacturer's warranty. Neither covers misuse, an attempt to force the door later, or work someone else has altered since.

Payment is due as the work finishes — cards and contactless at the door, itemised invoice by email. Cancel after the van has arrived and the fee quoted at booking is charged.

To the extent the law allows, any claim arising from a job is limited to what that job cost. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not limited here.
